Services
Field Trip is pleased to offer health services focused on addressing mental health through the use of ketamine therapy. We are committed to a holistic, integrated approach to health and wellness. It is important to note that ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is a relatively new and novel approach for treating mental health issues. Before receiving treatment you will be asked to review the Patient Information and Consent Package for details concerning the services you have consented to receiving.

Prices are subject to change without notice; provided that Field Trip shall honour prices for treatments booked in advance of any such changes.
Insurance
Please note that our services may not be eligible for reimbursement under third party insurance or other Federal or State programs such as Medicare or Medicaid. You understand that Field Trip will not file claims for insurance or participate in any claims appeals, unless required by law. Field Trip will, however, issue a Superbill upon request.
Billing & Payment
To purchase the Field Trip KAP Service online you will be asked to supply information relevant to your purchase including but not limited to your credit card number, expiration date, and billing address. You represent and warrant that the (i) information you supply is true and correct, (ii) you will pay the amounts as they become due, (iii) you are authorized to make the purchase with the applicable credit card information. You also understand that your credit card will be kept on file unless you request otherwise.
In the processing of your payment, Field Trip may employ the use of third-party services. The third-party services have been assessed by Field Trip as secure. For more information about the information being supplied to third-parties please review our Privacy Policy.
Field Trip will invoice you for services on the following terms:
- You select the program and package appropriate for your needs
- You are charged a $100 deposit fee (“Deposit) to hold the initial assessment / psychotherapy intake session
- Your fee is processed via our third-party service
- You will receive a receipt confirming that you have paid the Deposit
- Your Deposit will be subtracted from the remaining amount owing for your program or package
- You will be responsible for requesting an itemized invoice should you require it
Refund
If after purchasing our Service you have decided that KAP is not for you, you can get in touch with our Clinical team at care@fieldtriphealth.com to process a refund subject to the cancellation policy. If you have already begun appointments, the refund will be for the full amount minus the costs of services that have been received subject to the cancellation policy.
Ketamine is not for everyone and after the initial assessment process with our medical staff, a determination may be made that ketamine is not the appropriate treatment for you. This will be based on a review of your medical history, psychiatric history, and family history. If this is the case, Field Trip will offer you a full refund. The refunds will be processed on the card you initially purchased the service on.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time and office accommodations are reserved exclusively for you. Missed appointments and short notice cancellations (less than 48 hours) impact our clinicians and our other clients. Please advise us as soon as possible by phone or email if you are not able to attend your reserved appointment in order to avoid incurring costs. Should you provide less than 48 hours notice of cancellation for the psychiatric consult, and the therapy onboarding and preparation, you will lose the cost of your Deposit. Should you provide less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation for any other appointment, you will be charged for the full session rate. It is important to note that insurance companies do not provide reimbursement for cancelled or missed sessions.
Electronic Communication
When you send Field Trip emails, you are communicating with us electronically and while we will use reasonable means to protect the information sent and received, we cannot guarantee the security and confidentiality of electronic communications. By using electronic communications to communicate with us you understand the potential risks involved. For more details, you are encouraged to review the Electronic Communications Consent Policy.
Privacy
Registrants should review our Privacy Policy and the applicable Notice of Privacy Practices for details on the manner in which we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise manage personal information.
Intellectual Property
The content, trademarks, service marks, and logos will remain the exclusive property of Field Trip, its licensors, successors, and / or assigns. Any attempt to copy, reproduce, republics, or otherwise exploit without the prior written consent of Field Trip is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of Field Trip’s intellectual property rights.
Updates to these Terms & Conditions
As we expand our services these Terms & Conditions may also need to change. We reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time, but if we do, the new Terms & Conditions will be posted online. Revisions will become effective as of the “last revised” date which will appear at the bottom of the page. It is your responsibility to review the most current version of these Terms & Conditions by visiting our website.
